Unquestionably, I would rate CCTV Services, Inc. 5 stars. It is not just that the system itself is of the highest caliber (at a very competitive price) both in terms of image quality and user interface, but the support staff is as knowledgeable, professional, and kind as any I have ever had the pleasure of working with in any real estate related endeavor.
To date, we have not had any incidents to follow up with the aid of the system, but I know our tenants are happier knowing that we have a better system than before in place should something arise in their offices. We recently provided footage to the NYPD when they were pursuing an incident down the street from one of our buildings, and they commended us for the clarity of the images and the speed with which we were able to download their material to disk.

My name is Marc and I have had the CCTV’s system up for two years now. I’m an owner of a busy restaurant supply company on the Bowery and it would be insane not to have a system like this in play.

I interviewed three different security system companies and decided to go with CCTV not only because of the price point, but because of the confidence I felt with the company. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the installation and how user friendly the equipment is.
Our company has several different buildings and so I had a remote monitor installed in my office for monitoring. This has proven to be a very useful tool in ways that I never thought of. We have been able to go back and review situations in our retail market and solve problems. It also helps me monitor traffic flow and productivity.
