We just completed a 187 camera / 7 DVR install at our facility.From the first meeting with the sales rep to the last hand shake at completion, my experience with CCTV was Top Rate! Their technicians are not only extremely knowledgeable, but very friendly and personable. With a project of this size, many questions and concerns tend to come up on the client side.
The CCTV tech’s handled this with a professionalism seldom seen in this type of industry. I can’t say enough about the level of pride they take in their work. We had an electrical room with approximately 300 cables running from top to bottom. All these cables were redundant to our new system except for one that needed but couldn’t locate and therefore had nothing to do with CCTV.
However, rather than leave the room in such disarray, one man spent the better part of the day tracing, pinging, tying up and doing whatever else it took to eliminate said wires, find the one needed and create an extremely professional looking workspace (at no extra charge to us).
I would also like to congratulate the phone-in technical support. The ease with which the technician walked me through the setup for an iPad and iPhone was incredible. He was extremely precise and patient.
In conclusion, I would whole heartedly recommend CCTV Services to friends, family and anyone else who would ask. They did what was agreed to on the contract and much much more within the time and budget set upon them.

We have exclusively contracted CCTV Services, Inc. over the past five years. I own seven retail locations and a warehouse throughout the Tri-State area. The CCTV Services DVR system has been an invaluable security tool, which has allowed me to monitor my locations regardless of where I am. My employees are aware of the cameras that there is a DVR recording all activity.
One of my warehouse stock workers just filed a false compensation claim that he was hurt on the job. When I reviewed the video history, it was clear that the worker was not, in fact, hurt as he claims. The case was thrown out of court thanks to the protection my CCTV Services DVR video files.

I had received an unsolicited sales call from CCTV, and by coincidence our company was looking for a security system for our NJ facility.
I took a chance and set up an appointment for an estimate. When the estimator came, I was happy, as the estimator was the owner of the company. We agreed on a fair price for a system and were quickly installed within a couple of days. The system already has paid for itself as a result of a number of incidences we caught on the DVR.
I have to say that the best part of the system is the technical support group. George was more than helpful in working out any initial bugs and as technology advanced, he helped me with remote viewing from my home and from my iPhone.
I recently had CCTV install systems in my home as well as my father’s home. I am waiting anxiously for criminals as I'll know they are there before they know I know!
