Camera signal loss or poor image quality on camera:

1. Make sure the video pigtail is securely connected to the back of the DVR.

2. Make sure each connection in the pigtail is secure. If those do not rectify the issue follow to next steps.

3. Reboot the Power Supply to the cameras. Pull out the black plug that is plugged into the side of the P/S Box.

4. If that does not correct the issue then try rebooting the DVR.

5. If rebooting DVR and all of the above to not work, contact service.
