How secure is the remote viewing program?

Only you and anyone you allow will see your cameras. ID and passwords are required for access. Each person can have different access levels to use only those areas of the program you decide. Anyone seeing your cameras must have our Client Software loaded on a PC and the system’s IP address, username and password to access the cameras. Mobile devices require the same.

What are response times for service & repair?

Serving our clients promptly is the driving force behind our Motion Alert S.M.A.R.T. Technology

We have designed our own advanced service help desk to avoid waiting on hold for technical support.

We can also resolve most issues very quickly and often right online. If an on-site visit is necessary, we schedule 92% of those calls within 24-72 hours.

I have a camera system now; can I use your technology with my cameras?

Most of the time, however not all cameras are compatible with today’s technology. Older cameras are not compatible with all recording devices.

There are also cameras that are old by technical standards (more than four years), whose resolution is not up to par. These are not recommended to be integrated.

If the cameras are technologically up to date and are compatible with other DVRs, we can integrate your existing cameras.

What kind of cameras do you use?

All of the camera electronics we use are made by Sony. All of our cameras are color and come in a variety of focal lengths from wide to telescopic. These electronics are installed in a generic housing designed to be maintenance free and vandal proof. All of our cameras are infrared, which means they see in complete darkness (in black and white). Infrared capability is most useful indoors and in small areas.

How long is my data stored?

We build our DVR with a minimum of 30 days storage. More storage space can be added based on individual needs.  Additionally, our optional Virtual Video Vault program not only provides offsite BACKUP of your data, but it also permits UNLIMITED storage (please see our Virtual Video Vault for more details).

Are my cameras motion activated?

Yes! All cameras are recorded on motion unless set for continuous recording. Once the hard drive fills up with recorded data, the system begins to write over the oldest data automatically.

What areas do you service?

We serve the Tri-State Area; however, many of our clients ask us to install our systems all over the country. With our systems being as reliable as they are, any service issues are able to be handled remotely or through our instructions on site.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we have many programs to offer, allowing you to use your cash to run your business while your surveillance system pays for itself (see our financing page).
