Upon receipt of your email, we are already in motion to help you!
You will know your email was registered into our system because you receive an automated email back instantly.
If you don’t receive an auto response, check the email address and/or try again from another device/computer, or when you have access to the internet from your mobile device.
Once your message is sent, the email address is automatically saved in your email contacts.
Coming soon, our newest DVRs will have a “red help key” on the DVR keyboard. Just press F5 and a pre-addressed email window will pop up.
