FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Q) Can I zoom into a picture to see more detail?
A) Cameras are fixed lens cameras, unless
they are specifically designated as a Pan-Tilt & Zoom (PTZ) camera. Zooming
is possible on fixed lens cameras only after images are recorded. You can zoom
a recorded picture digitally by using the zoom feature in the search screen.

Q) When should a Pan-Tilt & Zoom (PTZ) Camera be used?
A) Pan-Tilt & Zoom cameras should be used when there is a necessity to zoom into live images.
This requires a person to be at the computer to control the PTZ function on the main screen.
A PTZ camera only records whatit sees at that moment in time.
